Sam NgalaExecutive Assistant
I work with filing reports and project updates from our ASAP sponsored Church Planters, Medical Missionaries, Literacy Teachers and other workers. I also communicate with Adventist church pastors from Southeast Asia as well. SCHOOLINGI finished my college studies in Myanmar. I later continued my graduate studies at Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies. HOW YOU WERE ORIGINALLY CONNECTED TO ASAPI had always wanted to work with an organization that supports and works alongside the Adventist Church in Myanmar by reaching out to the un-reached, marginalized, and under-developed people groups. Yes, reaching these people groups with the gospel of Christ, empowering them through Christian education, and using humanitarian programs to help end the cycle of poverty, and discrimination in their life time was my desire. When I found out about ASAP, and what it has already been doing all along, I thank God that He had already set up such an organization. WHEN YOU STARTED WORKING WITH ASAPI started working for ASAP as a volunteer from September of 2008. Soon afterward, I began working as a part-time team member of ASAP’s Office Staff. FAVORITE ASAP PROJECTSponsoring Church Planters. WHAT YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF WORKI love to do some gardening, traveling, outdoor activities, enjoying new cuisines, working with my local church as well as with mission projects. ONE OF YOUR FAVORITE BIBLE TEXTSJohn 15:4, 16, 17 NKJV |
