How different our lives would be! Thoughtless people frequently oppress and take advantage of the illiterate. It is much harder for them to get a job or improve their lives, leaving them and their children in a terrible cycle of poverty. ASAP Ministries seeks to extend God’s love through literacy schools. Elderly men, eager mothers, and many children excitedly attend our classes, knowing that education will open up a much brighter future. Many eagerly pick up a Bible, ecstatic to read for themselves the words of hope their teachers have been sharing.
