From time to time ASAP organizes short-term mission trips to Southeast Asia. Short-term mission trips are very powerful experiences as people see missions work first hand and are able to touch, smell and taste a very different world. People often come back with an amazing sense of God’s presence and a new perspective on the world. Pray about whether God is leading you to join ASAP’s next mission trip.
VOLUNTEER!
Many dedicated volunteers are required to pull off a successful mission trip. ASAP seeks people who have a genuine relationship with Christ, and believe in servant leadership. We value volunteers who are able to handle conflict resolution in an affirming manner and demonstrate a priority of putting “people before work.” We need people with various abilities: leadership, administrative, secretarial, accounting, graphic design, photo and video, musical, preaching/teaching, health (dentists, doctors and nurses)… Pray about whether God is calling you to use your gifts to serve Him on ASAP’s next mission trip.

You may not be able to join us for the next ASAP mission trip; however, you can make it possible for someone else to have this once-in-a-lifetime experience by contributing financially. An average twelve-day ASAP mission trip costs $1,500, which includes accommodations, food, local transportation and helps cover overhead expenses related to the mission work. Due to rising costs this figure is likely to change. Each participant is responsible for their own airfare.
