Monthly Prayer Points
PRAYER POINTS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY:
- Mission Trip to Southeast Asia – Judy Aitken will be in Southeast Asia for several weeks to meet with leaders, train our workers and attend meetings. Please pray that God will bless Judy and her team with an outpouring of His Spirit and with safe traveling mercies as they represent Christ in several countries.
- Tribal Work in Vietnam – Pray that all 8 million tribal people in Vietnam will accept God’s mercy and truth. Pray that God will supply the funding needed for the DVD translation project which will bring end time truths to the major tribes and also funds needed to support the national missionaries reaching them.
- Church Planting Among Refugees – We thank the Lord for sending laborers with a burden to reach refugees. Please pray that God would richly bless Sam Ngala, Chawngthu (pronounced Jongtoo), See Aung, Saw Htoo, See Nay, and Jimmy Shwee, along with other church planters for refugees in North America.
- Healing for Pr. Lo – Pr. Jay Lo, who is working on the Hmong Bible translation, recently suffered a heart attack and had to undergo a double by-pass surgery. Please pray that the Lord would bless him with a quick recovery and enable him to make the lifestyle changes needed so that he can continue the important work of making an accurate translation of the Scriptures available to the Hmong people.
- Benefit Concert in Sacramento – Jee Wong and Lila Cervantes will be putting on an ASAP benefit concert at the Sacramento Central SDA church on February 11. Please pray that the Lord would bless this concert and impress hearts to support the work in Southeast Asia.
