Monthly Prayer Points
PRAYER POINTS FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER:

- We thank the Lord for His great willingness to give the Holy Spirit to those who ask (Luke 11:13). Pray that God would richly bless ASAP with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. We are told that “this promised blessing, claimed by faith, brings all other blessing in its train” (DA 672). Pray also that God would pour out His Spirit on the countries of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, and Myanmar and to the Southeast Asians living abroad.
- Jesus instructed us to pray specifically for more laborers (Luke 10:2), which we believe is the only way we can take the gospel to ALL Southeast Asians. Pray that God would send more national missionaries, volunteers, ASAP Ambassadors, and partners who can give of their financial resources. Pray also that God would send us volunteers to join us for our next mission trip to Cambodia in February 2010.
- The Lord continues to do a mighty work in Vietnam through the missionaries within the house-church movement. As the everlasting gospel is being preached to thousands, Satan is working very hard to destroy the work. Pray that God would give those in opposition increased understanding and awareness of the house-church movement and the government’s agenda.
- Pray for the protection and continued courage of the pastors and leaders in Vietnam who are being harassed by the government to register their house-churches and members. Once churches are registered, they are no longer allowed to evangelize freely. The house-church movement chooses not to register so they can continue to share the gospel with everyone even if it means suffering for their faith.
