Monthly Prayer Points
PRAYER POINTS FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST:
- Join us in praising the Great Physician who is able to heal all our diseases. In the book Medical Ministry (p. 17), we are told: “Oh, how grateful we should be that Jesus is willing and able to bear all our infirmities and strengthen and heal all our diseases if it will be for our good and for His glory.”
- The work of ASAP is definitely a threat to the kingdom of darkness and Satan is busy launching his attacks on us as “he knows that he has a short time” (Revelation 12:12, NKJV). Please pray that God would put a hedge of protection around the ASAP team, the national missionaries and our family members. Pray also that God would mightily strengthen and heal those who are suffering and struggling with various health problems at this time.
- Pastor Isaiah Duong has continued to suffer poor health ever since returning from the last training for Vietnamese national missionaries in Southeast Asia. Please pray that God would continue to strengthen and sustain him so he can continue to preach the everlasting gospel to our brothers and sisters in Vietnam.
- Golden opportunities open up for the national missionaries to teach precious truths when their prayers for the sick are answered. Please pray that God would work mightily through their prayers as they minister to the sick so that the sick will experience God’s power personally and then come to acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
- Many of our brothers and sisters continue to worship without a church building or in buildings that are partially completed or in need of repair. Please persevere with us in prayer that God would move upon hearts and impress people to provide needed funds for building and repairing churches.
