PRAYER POINTS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER:

As we are heading into the 2009 fiscal year (Oct. – Sept. 2009), our hearts are full of thanksgiving and praise to God for all the funds that came in during the last fiscal year. We have been moving forward expecting great things, and the Lord has richly blessed. We believe the Lord is mightily blessing so that many in Southeast Asia can hear the good news of salvation before the soon return of Jesus. Join us in praising the Lord!

Many in Cambodia are coming to know Christ via the radio. We would like to see Bible messages in the Khmer language aired into the country of Cambodia every day. Pray that God would provide laborers who can prepare good quality Bible messages for this radio ministry.

Cambodians need shortwave radios in order to hear the Bible messages that are broadcasted from Adventist World Radio in Guam. In order to make the messages available to more people, we would like to get messages broadcasted through the local am and fm radio stations. Pray that the Lord would open the doors to make it possible for am and fm radio stations in Cambodia to air our messages.

We thank the Lord for the way He continues to bless Pastor Isah Young's ministry to the Vietnamese. Pastor Isah is in need of laborers to assist him in the expanding radio/tv ministry and in the underground house-church movement. Pray that God would provide good laborers.

Both the Cambodian and Vietnamese radio ministries have the potential of bringing the gospel to millions. As we continue to broadcast Bible messages, there is a great need for funds. Please pray that our Lord who is rich in resources will continue to provide.
