Benjamin Kip

BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION
I am serving as field coordinator for ministries, special projects and training.  I will also be heavily involved in providing resources for the field supervisors, church planters and schools.  My job entails planning and directing all aspects of the field supervisors as well as projects that have to do with education, scholarship, church planting, and medical missionaries.  My daily routines involve speaking to the field supervisors, listening to their challenges, providing solutions, and then praying with and encouraging them.  I also assist with ASAP Ministries’ schools, helping the teams to develop strong spiritual and evangelistic approaches as well as providing resources and conducting trainings. I really love my job because it provides the opportunity to pray with my team and with my collogues from the field, and above all it helps me to stay close to God.
